Renovation work never really stops in Rancho Mirage. Owners near Thunderbird, Mission Hills, and the other country club communities update mid-century homes constantly, and each project generates debris that has to leave the property fast, especially in neighborhoods with strict HOA rules about how long materials can sit outside. Junk Master hauls construction debris directly from job sites: drywall, lumber, tile, old fixtures, and general renovation waste. We work around contractors' schedules instead of making them wait on us, and we're licensed and insured to operate in the gated communities that make up much of the city. Call (310) 754-5567 to set up a pickup.

SAME-DAY DEBRIS PICKUP FOR ACTIVE JOB SITES

Call when a load is ready and we'll get someone out the same day in most cases. We know HOA rules in gated Rancho Mirage communities often limit how long debris can sit in a driveway or on a curb, so we prioritize jobs where that clock is running. Your contractor keeps working while we handle the hauling, so nobody on the crew loses a day waiting on a truck.

MATERIALS WE REMOVE FROM RENOVATIONS

Drywall, lumber, tile, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, insulation, and general demolition waste all come off the truck the same way they went on: fast. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are common across the city's older housing stock, and we're used to the mix of materials those projects generate, from broken tile to torn-out cabinets to old plumbing fixtures pulled during a gut job.

COMPLIANT DISPOSAL FOR HOA AND COUNTY RULES

Everything we haul goes to certified disposal or recycling facilities. Concrete and masonry get recycled when possible. That matters in a city where HOAs and county rules both apply to how construction waste gets handled, and where a contractor's reputation depends on leaving a job site clean, not on cutting corners with disposal that could come back on the homeowner later.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How fast can you pick up construction debris in Rancho Mirage?

Same-day pickup is common when we have availability, and next-day is standard otherwise. We know gated communities often have limits on how long debris can sit outside, so tell us about any HOA deadline and we'll prioritize the job accordingly.

Do you work directly with contractors or only homeowners?

Both. Many of our construction debris jobs come from contractors managing renovations at Rancho Mirage properties, and we're happy to coordinate directly with a job foreman rather than the homeowner. Give your contractor our number and we'll handle scheduling from there.

What renovation materials can you haul?

Drywall, lumber, tile, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, insulation, and general demolition debris. If it came out of a kitchen, bathroom, or full remodel, we can likely take it. Hazardous materials like asbestos or old paint need separate handling, so flag those ahead of time.

Can you get a truck into a gated community for a pickup?

Yes. We're licensed and insured, which most HOAs require before letting a hauling crew through the gate. Give us your community's access process when you book and we'll coordinate so the truck isn't held up at the entrance on pickup day.

LET'S GO.
