What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in much the same way, and this policy covers them too.

What This Website Uses

Google Analytics and the Meta pixel run from your first visit unless you opt out. Everything else on this list is needed for the website to work.

Essential

  • cookie_consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice until you change it or clear your browser
  • lead_attribution (session storage): remembers the campaign tags, referring page and landing page of your visit, so a request you send is stored with them. It is cleared when you close the tab
  • jm_exit_popup_dismissed (local storage): remembers that you closed our pop-up, so it does not show again straight away
  • _GRECAPTCHA: set by Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam, up to 6 months
  • Accessibilik toolbar settings (local storage): remembers the display settings and language you pick in the accessibility toolbar

Analytics

  • _ga and _ga_<ID>: set by Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used, up to 2 years

Advertising

  • _fbp and _fbc: set by the Meta pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people likely to need our services, up to 90 days

Our agency, GENESIS 98, counts page views on its own measurement service. It sets no cookie. Our Privacy Policy explains what it receives.

Managing Cookies

Use "Opt out" on the cookie notice, or the "Cookie settings" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control in the footer of any page. It shows your current setting and lets you change it in either direction. Opting out switches off Google Analytics and the Meta pixel on that browser and clears the cookies they set.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we apply it as an opt-out automatically, and it takes priority over any choice made with the cookie notice. Without the signal, a choice you make with the cookie notice on this browser applies until you change it.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website, such as our forms, from working.
