We don't fell standing trees ourselves, but we clear everything once it's on the ground.

Hillside lots around the lake often have limited flat ground and no easy path for a truck to reach cleared brush or fallen wood. We plan around slope and access before starting, hand-carrying material to a staging point when needed. Winter conditions and steep driveways factor into scheduling, and we'll be upfront about how they affect timing. Every lot is different, so we assess yours before quoting a firm price.

Lake Arrowhead sits within a designated fire-hazard severity zone, and property owners are generally expected to maintain clearance around structures per state and local fire agency rules. Requirements can vary by parcel, so check with San Bernardino County Fire if you're unsure what applies to your property.
Do you remove dead trees killed by bark beetles?
We haul away trees, limbs, and slash once they're down, including beetle-killed pines and cedars. We don't fell standing trees, but if you've had a tree service cut one down or a dead tree has fallen on your own, we clear it off the property.
Can you clear brush on a steep hillside lot?
Yes. We're used to working on sloped, wooded lots with limited access, and we plan the job around your specific terrain. If a truck can't reach the cleared area directly, we haul material to a staging point by hand and load from there.
What happens to the cleared brush and wood?
Green waste and wood debris are hauled to appropriate disposal or recycling facilities rather than left on site or dumped illegally. We're licensed and insured.
