Placentia's older lots, especially near Old Town and the streets that once bordered citrus groves, still have detached garages, block walls, and small outbuildings left over from the packing-house era. When those structures come down, someone has to haul off the concrete, lumber, and block. Junk Master handles that hauling for homeowners and contractors working on small demolition jobs across Placentia. We're not set up for full house teardowns, but sheds, fences, patios, and detached structures are exactly what we do. Licensed, insured, and family-owned. Call (310) 754-5567 and we'll come look at the site before quoting a price.

SHEDS, WALLS, AND OUTBUILDINGS

A lot of Placentia's older properties still have the detached garages and block walls that went up decades ago, back when the lots backed onto citrus groves instead of other houses. When those come down for a remodel or a yard redesign, the debris needs somewhere to go. We haul concrete, block, lumber, and roofing material off the site so your contractor isn't stuck waiting on a dumpster permit to keep working.

WORKING AROUND AN ACTIVE JOB SITE

We coordinate pickup times with whoever's running the demolition, whether that's a homeowner doing the work themselves or a licensed contractor. Multiple loads in one day are no problem if debris is coming down faster than one truck can handle. We stay out of the way of active work and load quickly so the crew isn't standing around waiting on us to finish.

WHERE THE MATERIAL GOES

Concrete and block get routed to recycling facilities instead of a landfill whenever possible. Wood and metal are separated and diverted the same way. We're licensed and insured. Less than five percent of what we collect from a typical Placentia demolition site ends up dumped outright, which matters if your project needs to show compliant disposal.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you handle full house demolition in Placentia?

No. We handle smaller structures like sheds, detached garages, block walls, fences, and patios, not permitted full-home teardowns. If your project falls into that larger category, we can still haul the resulting debris once a licensed demolition contractor finishes the structural work.

Can you remove a block wall between properties?

Yes, as long as removal has been cleared with your neighbor and any permit requirements are met. We haul the broken block and concrete off site once it's down. We don't do the demolition itself in most cases, just the cleanup and hauling.

How fast can you clear debris after a teardown?

Most Placentia jobs get scheduled same-day or next-day. Call (310) 754-5567, describe what came down, and we'll give you a flat price before we arrive. We can also return for multiple loads if the project runs longer than one day.

Do you recycle demolition material?

Yes, whenever possible. Concrete, block, and asphalt go to recycling facilities instead of a landfill. Wood and metal are diverted the same way. Less than five percent of what we haul from a typical Placentia job ends up dumped outright, and we can document it if your project requires proof.
