Some of Yucca Valley's original homesteader cabins, built under the 1950s Small Tract Act on five-acre desert claims, have reached the point where remodeling no longer makes sense and a teardown is the better move. Sun-baked lumber, cracked stucco, and decades of desert weather leave these small structures ready to come down. Junk Master hauls away demolition debris after your contractor finishes the teardown, whether that's a full cabin, a collapsed shed, or an old outbuilding on a boulder-strewn lot. We handle wood, drywall, roofing, and masonry from sites across the Morongo Basin. Licensed, insured, and family-owned. Call (310) 754-5567 to schedule a haul.

HAULING DEBRIS FROM CABIN TEARDOWNS

Old Small Tract Act cabins often come down in pieces, sun-brittle wood, cracked foundations, and outdated wiring and plumbing all mixed together. We haul it all: framing lumber, roofing material, plaster, and fixtures. Once the structure is cleared, we can take a second pass for foundation debris or leftover masonry, so your lot is graded and ready for new construction or simply cleaned up.

SHEDS, OUTBUILDINGS, AND BOULDER LOT ACCESS

Many Yucca Valley properties have extra structures scattered around boulder-strewn lots: sheds, carports, old workshops. We navigate rocky terrain and tight access points that standard hauling trucks struggle with. If your demolition site sits among natural granite boulders or established Joshua tree stands, we plan the pickup route to avoid damaging either while clearing what's left of the structure, and we can make multiple trips if the parcel is spread across several outbuildings.

DOCUMENTED DISPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

Demolition debris gets sorted and taken to certified facilities rather than dumped wherever is convenient. Concrete, masonry, and metal are diverted for recycling when possible. We're licensed and insured that is hard to reach. Under 5% of what we collect ends up in a landfill. You get documentation and a lot that's actually clean when we leave.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you haul debris after a full cabin teardown in Yucca Valley?

Yes. We regularly clear debris from teardowns of older Small Tract Act cabins and other aging structures. That includes framing lumber, roofing, drywall, and masonry. We can schedule multiple loads for larger teardowns and coordinate timing with your demolition contractor so the site clears fast and stays ready for the next phase of your project.

Can you access boulder-strewn or rocky lots?

Yes. A lot of Yucca Valley properties sit on rocky, uneven terrain with natural granite boulders scattered around. We're experienced navigating these sites and plan our routes to avoid damaging boulders or nearby Joshua trees while we load debris and clear the demolition site.

What do you do with the demolition debris?

Everything goes to certified disposal facilities. Concrete and masonry are recycled when possible, and metal gets diverted separately. We're licensed to operate in the high desert, and less than 5% of what we collect ends up in a landfill.

Do I need to hire a separate demolition contractor first?

Yes. We handle debris hauling, not the actual teardown of a structure. Once your contractor has the structure down, call us to clear the site. We can coordinate timing so hauling starts right after demolition finishes, keeping your project on schedule.
